Production takes 10-12 working days upon receipt of payment and confirmation of artwork. For bulk volumes above 50K units, production time may take longer. Please get in touch with us to confirm!
Once we've completed production & QA, we'll arrange for shipping with our shipping partners. Please note that it can take anywhere from 1-5 days after production for pick-up from our partner and loading your shipment onto the plane or boat.
Once your shipment is loaded onto the plane or boat, these are these are the estimated number of days it'll take until your shipment arrives at your stated address. For example:
Please note that once your shipment has reached the port, your shipment will need to go through customs clearance. Once cleared, it will then be inbounded to the appropriate warehouse for last mile shipment (i.e. from the warehouse to your address). For air and ocean freight shipments, the tracking URL that we provide will typically only track the last mile shipment, which is why you may not see any updates in the tracking URL until your shipment has arrived in the warehouse.
